Striking
doctors have been urged by President Muhammadu Buhari to return to work, saying
embarking on strike at a time Nigerians need them the most is not the best
action
or in the interest of Nigerians. The president said
this while receiving members of Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) at the State
House on Friday. He also advised others contemplating strikes to opt for
settlement of issues by negotiation regardless of how long it'll take to reach
an agreement.
