Atiku, PDP failed to prove Buhari not qualified for election - Court of Appeal

In a ruling delivered today, 11/9/2019 the Court  of Appeal has held that the onus rests solely on Atiku and PDP, as the petitioner, to prove that the Buhari does not have the educational qualification to contest the election, which they have failed to do.
