- The Chinese doctor, Li Wenliang, who first raised the coronavirus alarm last December is now dead from the infection. His post to his colleagues on Weibo, China's version of Twitter, advising them to wear protective clothing was amongst an early warning even though police thought he was spreading false information and made him sign a document to the effect.
