The Lagos State Judicial Panel of Enquiry and Restitution for Victims of SARS related abuses and other matters is showing the footage captured by the surveillance camera at the Lekki toll gate on October 20. The footage is said to be retrieved from a surveillance camera mounted by the firm on a mast at the tollgate.
Abayomi Omomuwa, the Managing Director of LCC, had submitted the video footage on Tuesday.
The video has no sound and Omowuwa had told the panel that the surveillance camera stopped working at 8pm on October 20 when the incident happened.
