Atleast 11 persons have fled bandits’ camps at the
outskirts of Sabon Birni town in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State
after bandits were dislodged in the ongoing security
operations in many of the bandits’ camps, leaving them in disarray and enabling
the escape of the hostages. The escaped hostages include children aged 7
– 10 years. The Commissioner of Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, revealed this in a report.
