Full deployment of electronic interface: CAC calls on customers to submit statements via courier services

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), is calling on customers that Banks and Insurance Companies should submit their statements as prescribed by section 273 of the 2020 CAMA through courier services pending the full deployment of the electronic interface.

This is contained in a notice signed by the management and posted on the Commission’s Twitter handle. The Commission urged customers to download the forms through its website and accordingly pay the prescribed fees. The notice reads that Customers can download the form CAC 18 from the Commission’s website at www.cac.gov.ng and pay the prescribed filing fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5, 000) and another sum of Five Thousand Naira (N5, 000) for Certified True Copy through remita.net.
