In line with the assurances of the Inspector-General of Police to provide nationwide security throughout the Eid-el Kabir celebrations, operatives of the FCT Police Command have arrested suspected members of a notorious four-man ‘one chance’ robbery syndicate operating along Lugbe and Kubwa axis.
The suspects, Uchenna Eleke, 27, Alex
Akiti, 28, and Suleiman Nasir, 50, were arrested at Wuse during a routine patrol. Some of the victims have
identified them. They, in turn, have identified one Micah Ohah, 38 years-old as
a receiver of the items they steal during their operations leading to his
arrest.
One fleeing member of the syndicate is currently being pursued by the Police.
