INEC to allow online voter's application for the 2023 general election



The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced plans to allow online filing during the continuous voter registration for the 2023 general election. This is a COVID-19 prevention procedure.  

The announcement was made by the National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee of INEC, Mr. Festus Okoye
A voter would, however, still visit an INEC office because the biometric (only) would be captured physically by INEC officials.
